Crafting a rebrand for Eyeris — a one-stop eye care facilities under Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care (RSDH).
Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care (RSDH) is committed to providing the best private healthcare possible in order to enable the patients to lead better lives.
The rebranding exercise is aims to provide its patients with comprehensive and technology-centric services under a single umbrella healthcare brand. The newly rebranded one-stop facility is focuses on a range of services from early and preventive care to the medical management of a comprehensive list of eye conditions and diseases.

BRIEF
The Malaysian market is crowded with eye care specialists — from small one-man-shows to large hospitals and chains — it is a highly competitive sector. The challenge for the business is to turn up the heat and start to differentiate ourselves as “the” leader in this field.
RESPONSE
The role of the brand will be to create a strongly differentiated value proposition — but this needs to be carefully built in conjunction with the customer experience (which, at the moment, is somewhat undefined and inconsistent). We will need to position the brand as “endorsed” by RSDH — but will need to reflect the lifestyle aspects of eye care from prevention to cure — so that the new brand will become the Go-to place for everything and everyone when it comes to eye care in Malaysia and beyond.
