Creating a new brand identity for The Five Residences — the hospitality brand that is inspired by the elements of Hanoi’s beautiful nature.

The Five Residences is a new brand with a new attitude. The Five Residences in partnership with Onyx Hospitality under the Saffron Collection have jointly curated this new long-stay brand in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Hanoi property will be the first of many. A bright future ahead of The Five Residences – one that will grow beyond executive residences into villas, hotels, resorts, even theme parks, and many more.

The Five Residences has its origins in the Five Elements Mountains of Vietnam, where the owning Nguyen family was inspired to provide the hospitality that supports a progressive, modern lifestyle in tune with the five elements, and this is the definition of true Vietnamese hospitality.

Inspired by the five elements, it believes in a lifestyle of harmonious balance. The Five, aligns the five most powerful forces of nature (fire, earth, wind, water and metal) as a catalyst that will the imaginations and inspirations.

The Five Residences drives their product, service, and experience innovations; these help their residents in their journey to achieve a perfect balance of business success and harmonious lifestyle.

BRIEF
To launch and market “The Five Residences” in Hanoi, Vietnam. The new hotel belongs to TCG land and at the same time the property is part of the ‘Saffron Collection’ (by ONYX Hospitality).

RESPONSE
Developed a brand foundation and identity for “The Five Residences” in Hanoi, Vietnam based on the five most powerful forces of nature (fire, earth, wind, water and metal). We were also tasked to establish a brand architecture framework for TCG land, a subsidiary of TCG in Vietnam.
